The Université du Quèbec â?? Ã?cole nationale d'administration publique (ENAP) is a public university in Quebec, Canada and is a member of the Université du Quèbec network. Its Campus is located in the Montmorency borough of Laval, about 9 km north of Montreal. ENAP offers a wide variety of graduate and postgraduate degree programs geared towards public administration and policy, and is one of the few universities in Canada that specialize in these disciplines.
